joined Spin Cycle in 2020 and is responsible for spearheading the company’s expansion strategy within New Jersey and throughout the Greater New York Metro. A well-respected commercial laundry services professional with over 20 years of experience, he is adept at anticipating future trends and helping property owners address them with Spin Cycle’s innovative technologies and best practices. In addition, he collaborates with property owners and management team clients to structure plain-language, customer friendly contracts that are free of auto renewals, right-of-first refusal clauses and hidden fees. Furthermore, he serves as a liaison for implementing the company’s signature laundry centers, from the installation of the latest commercial equipment available in the market to aesthetic refinements to make the laundry experience more enjoyable and convenient for the residents.

Prior to joining Spin Cycle, he served as the Regional Sales Manager for a publicly held multifamily and academic housing laundry solutions provider. He is an acknowledged industry leader who has served as an interview resource for various industry publications, including The Cooperator New York. Michael is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid NY sports fan.
