Laundry Day Just Got an Upgrade
More convenient laundry is just a download away. The Speed Queen washers and dryers located in your laundry room are now equipped with technology to make laundry day easier for you. Download the Speed Queen app and you’ll be able to pay for your laundry with your smartphone, see which machines are available without leaving your apartments, earn rewards and get notified when your laundry is done. The days of waiting around are over. The Speed Queen app can’t do your laundry for you, but it will help make laundry day more enjoyable and convenient.”
Adding Value to your MoneyCard
DO NOT PUSH THE GREEN BUTTON TO ADD VALUE
- Insert your MoneyCard into the Value Transfer Machine (VTM) with the gold chip facing up.
- The VTM will then prompt you to add your money into the bill acceptor. $5, $10, and $20 bills are accepted.
- The new balance of your money card will now be displayed.
DO NOT REMOVE YOUR MONEY CARD UNTIL THE NEW BALANCE HAS BEEN DISPLAYED.
If your property has a Coded Value Adder (CVA) plus click on the “REVALUE CARD” button below to be directed to our CVA site.

Using your Washers & Dryers
- Load the Washer or Dryer.
- Close the Washer or Dryer door.
- Insert your MoneyCard into the card reader, or insert coins into the coin drop on the Washer or Dryer.
- Select your cycle options, and then press the Start button. Your selected cycle will start within 3 seconds. If you’re using the Speed Queen app, you will need to start the Washer or Dryer via the app, then press the Start button on the Washer or Dryer.
- The vend price will be deducted from your money card and the remaining balance will show on the machine display.
DO NOT REMOVE YOUR MONEY CARD UNTIL THE NEW BALANCE HAS BEEN DISPLAYED
Purchasing a New MoneyCard
- Push the Green “Buy New Card” button.
- You must insert a $5 bill.
- Your new money card will be dispensed from the card dispenser with a $0.00 value.
- After receiving your new card, please follow the above instructions to add value to your new card.
- The $5 payment for your new MoneyCard is a deposit only. If you move out, or no longer use our Washers and Dryers, simply send us back your MoneyCard and we’ll happily refund the $5.00 deposit, plus any remaining balance on your MoneyCard.
