Eric Gebroe, President

joined Spin Cycle in 2001 and is responsible for spearheading the company’s overall sales and service operations as a member of the executive management team. In this capacity, he oversees the implementation of company best practices and procedures, client relations, formation and maintenance of third-party strategic partnerships and contract servicing. Additionally, he plays an integral role in educating current and prospective customers regarding Spin Cycle’s plain-language contracts – which are free of cycle retention and automatic renewal clauses – and advancing this type of agreement as an industry best practice.

Eric also is the driving force behind the company’s ever-evolving proprietary integrated technology platform, which remotely monitors usage, payments and overall performance in real time. Fluent in this state-of-the-art platform, his depth of experience extends to every facet of the commercial laundry service business.

Since joining Spin Cycle, Eric has risen through the company ranks. Initially serving as a laundry center specialist who scraped and painted floors in the company’s newest facilities, he also was an equipment installation/service technician, which in turn paved the way for upper and executive management roles.

Through value creation on behalf of property owners, managers and their residents as well as delivery of unrivaled customer and maintenance services, Eric is committed to leveraging Spin Cycle’s customer-first philosophy and emphasis on innovation to continually outperform larger conglomerates within the laundry services sector. After attending the University of Hartford, he previously served as a senior loan officer before joining the company.
