Alan Gebroe, President & Owner,

is credited with establishing Spin Cycle in 1995 as a next-generation laundry equipment and services provider. The company is committed to creating innovative, custom-designed laundry centers in apartment-rental, co-op, condominium and townhome properties. In addition to conceptualizing and implementing the company’s strategic growth plan, he is responsible for spearheading Spin Cycle’s unwavering commitment to enhance property values for multifamily owners and managers as well as the overall lifestyle experience of their residents.

Under Alan’s leadership, the company has grown exponentially to deploy thousands of state-of-the-art commercial-grade washing machines and dryers to properties throughout the New York Metro region’s top-performing and emerging submarkets.

A 50+-year veteran of the multifamily industry and an acknowledged industry visionary, Alan was an investment sales broker for 25 years prior to launching Spin Cycle. During this time, he observed that poor laundry center conditions were the industry standard and that property owners, managers and end-users needed solutions that addressed their concerns.

As a result of Alan’s stewardship, Spin Cycle has redefined laundry services by continually emphasizing the latest in design, operations and servicing – rendering it a key asset for additional property income and tenant attraction and retention. Alan earned his B.S. in business from Rider University and previously served as a Senior Vice President at Gebroe-Hammer Associates, a leading multifamily investment brokerage firm.
